Bio

Yu Chi joined the Visual Computing and Artificial Intelligence Lab as a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Matthias Nießner in 2025. He earned his Master of Science degree in Robotics, Cognition, and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2025, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2021. His research lies at the intersection of computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning, with a particular focus on understanding, representing, and generatively modeling the 3D and 4D world.
